Hands-on Learning and Instruction
“I went to Ray of Hope Academy last year. I loved it. Lila is a great teacher and I look forward to other classes coming up. She is a good teacher and very kind hearted person. She takes time to help a person out and explains it out if you need to know it better. I would tell everyone that wanted to try it, go to her. God sent the best person in the world to teach it.”

“I have completed the course requirements from Ray of Hope Academy taught by Lila Mueller. Lila teaches a comprehensive hand on style of class. There are no questions that can’t be asked. She shares her vast knowledge with expertise and passion. I have never met a teacher more passionate about their studies or more willing to share knowledge, techniques, and friendship. Honored and blessed to know and learned under her.”

“I am grateful for the opportunity to have studied under a brilliant Reflexologist and mentor at Ray of Hope Academy. My diploma was a collaborative effort of classroom time, hands-on technique, open-minded learning, well-recognized guest speakers, confidence-building skills and endless hours of practice. My life has been forever enriched because of determination to understand reflexology as a healing gift of knowledge that can help so many.”

Reflexology
Reflexology uses special techniques to work points, called “reflexes” on the feet, hands ears and head.
The main goals of reflexology are to relax the body, improve the flow of blood, lymphatic fluids and nerve
Reflexology also unblocks and stimulates the bio-electrical energy fields throughout the body.
This allows all of your body systems to come into balance to heal itself. Reflexology has hundreds of
studies from around the world showing how this unique modality can assist in pain and stress reduction as well as restoring body functions.
Reflexology Association of America
The Reflexology Association of America (RAA), the national association for Reflexologists, requires 300 hours to training to be classified “Professional” in the field.
The American Reflexology Certification Board (ARCB), a national independent Reflexology testing board, requires 200 hours plus additional practicum in order to be denoted as NBCR (National Board Certified Reflexologist).
